When will my campaign start?

Many customers ask "When will my traffic start?" or "When will the campaign go live?" or "When will traffic begin?"

The simple answer is between 24 - 48 hours from when T4Me receives payment and the URL to your landing page from you (unless a future date has been requested). Sometimes, traffic starts well before the first 24 hours - we've seen traffic start as quickly as 30-45 minutes. However, this depends on the time of day you happen to finalize your order. 

If you require a rush start time, this is only available with our SUPER PREMIUM EMAIL traffic and you would also need to put in a support ticket to give us a head's up that it needs to start faster.

All that said, there are a couple things that can slow the start time down:

1) Inappropriate URL or Broken Link. We have a Quality Control person check all links that are given to us to make sure they're working at the time of verifying, appropriate for the type of target market you purchased, and of good enough quality that we believe you (our advertiser) is going to get a favorable result. If any of these requirements are not met, an email will be sent to you requesting a new link.

2) First Time Credit Card User. If this campaign is the first time you've used a credit card with us, we will request that you send us some information to verify the identity & true ownership of the card being used. We may request a phone call as well. Business relationships are built on mutual trust and unfortunately there are a lot of identity thieves out there - so, we want to make sure you're card is really your card. :) 

Neither of these two reasons should move the campaign start time beyond 48 hours unless your response to our requests happen to take more than that much time.
